Running For Girls And Women

Indian cities are becoming unsafe for girls It is duty of the society to give proper regard to all members of the society.Women must take some steps to make themselves strong and alert so that they can face challenges of life.One of the simplest way of gaining strength is running.Just take deep breath and start jogging for five minutes then start running slowly for five minute then do brisk walking without speaking anything for five minutes,so 15 minutes will make girls and women alert and strong.Only women can change the attitude of society by their own effort,Respect yourself,love yourself and be healthy and strong.
Women are sweet and beautiful like flowers,just help yourself to fill all the world with your courage ,intelligence and strength.
