Running For Girls And Women
Indian cities are becoming unsafe for girls It is duty of the society to give proper regard to all members of the society.Women must take some steps to make themselves strong and alert so that they can face challenges of life.One of the simplest way of gaining strength is running.Just take deep breath and start jogging for five minutes then start running slowly for five minute then do brisk walking without speaking anything for five minutes,so 15 minutes will make girls and women alert and strong.Only women can change the attitude of society by their own effort,Respect yourself,love yourself and be healthy and strong.
Women are sweet and beautiful like flowers,just help yourself to fill all the world with your courage ,intelligence and strength.

I love this fleece. I've had it for over 2 years now, and it is still in great condition. I've worn it more times than I can count. It is very warm and comfortable. I've worn it for a winter jacket and it has been wonderful.

This really is dance wear, it is made for ease of movement. The fabric is light weight and too see-thru by its self. As a layer, over a leotard, it works well.

I wanted a simple multipurpose jacket for the fall and spring that could also stand up to rain. I got what I wanted from this jacket. The XL jacket is roomier and thinner than I expected but since I usually wear sweatshirts or sweaters under my jackets during these times of the year it's pretty much a non-issue for me. It goes from a job interview to lunch with my friends in a breeze.
5.A Kaftan :his is great.I love to wear this dress. What's really funny is you can wear it either as a nightgown or a housedress or casual apparel outside.

This piece is an elegant addition too any collection.this item will make a great underlayer.I am happy with this leotard. I have a full C cup and I feel comfortable in it without a bra, which is what I was worried about. It fits nice around the butt as well!
